But TEKsystems wanted to be known for more than staffing solutions, instead demonstrating their ability to deliver the most sophisticated enterprise technology solutions and consulting services across disciplines. So, as the business strategy shifted, the brand and the stories they told needed to shift as well: from a staffing-centric firm to world-class IT services partner. TEKsystem tapped PLUS partners, WE Communications, Salt Branding and YouGov to better understand their customers through research, rethink their brand and reimagine their storytelling approach for developing solutions that transform their clients’ business.

The new business strategy and refreshed brand were launched in May of 2018 during their global employee & sales conference, signaling a new focus to customers, employees, and analysts
